NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004303, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ALEJANDRO MELENDI; GISELLE MELENDI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; JOHN DOE N/K/A CHRIS CARROWAY; JANE DOE N/K/A TONIA FETTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 59 AND THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 80, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
