NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 11, 2014 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-002619 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-4, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and DARNELL BROWN; SYLVIA BROWN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ARLENE R. MANGANIELLO, DECEASED; PATRICIA A. THOMAS AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ARLENE R. MANGANIELLO, DECEASED; KIM K. KOCHER A/K/A KIM H. KOCHER AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ARLENE R.
