NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 19, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2011-CA-002193 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19 day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 14, BIMINI BAY II AT TARPON BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2908, PAGE 2467, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
