NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009CA010345, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH2 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL TODD LADD A/K/A MICHAEL T. LADD; CHASE BANK, USA, N.A.; JOHN DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, KATIE''S OAKS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 186, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
