THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, AT PAGE 1 THROUGH 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
