Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 18, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 812-D, STAGE 7-D, OAKVIEW VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, PAGE 612 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT NO. 27 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 945, PAGE 351, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
and commonly known as: 812 OAK DR # 812D, BRADENTON, FL 34210; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
