NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 22, 2013 in Civil Case No. 41-2009-CA-006564 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST A SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, PAMELA WHEELER A/K/A PAMELA A. WHEELER , PAMELA WHEELER, FIVE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, TENANT# 1, TENANT# 2, TENANT# 3, TENANT# 4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA WHEELER A/K/A PAMELA A. WHEELER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Parcel 1:
Lot 10, Block C, The Crossings Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 198 through 202, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
