NOTICE is hereby given that, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 19 day of March 2014, at 11 o'clock A.M., EST, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:

A- 2 BARRINGTON AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1331, PAGE 885 THROUGH 917, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
