NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-4379 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-FF2, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM W. GOETZ; JOANNE L. GOETZ; MICHAEL DENNIS; ROBIN DENNIS A/K/A CATHARINE D. DENNIS; CLUB EVERGLADES, INC.;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 19 day of March 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 17, IN CLUB EVERGLADES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2978, PAGE 1731, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
