NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 1302008CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC IMJA MORTGAGE TRUST 2007-A1, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-A1 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2007 is Plaintiff and DANIEL W. SASAKI A/K/A DANIEL WILLIAM SASAKI; JULIE B. CARLIN-SASAKI A/K/A JULIE BETH CARLIN-SASKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MEDITERRA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, AT 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES IN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 19 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK “E” (CELLINI), MEDITERRA PHASE THREE EAST, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
