NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2014 entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006515 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9 is the Plaintiff and Olympia Zacchini; Olympia Zacchini, as Trustee of the Olympia Zacchini Revocable Trust Dated July 25, 2000; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1A; Unknown Tenant #1B; Unknown Tenant #2A; Unknown Tenant #2B are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
FROM THE NE CORNER OF GOV'T LOT 2, SECTION 35, TWP.35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, GO SOUTH 30 FEET AND WESTERLY 41.37 FEET TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH LINE OF BRADEN AVE. WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF HIGHWAY U.S. 41; THENCE GO SOUTH 89 DEGREES 52 MINUTES WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BRADEN AVE., A DISTANCE OF 1425.83 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; THENCE GO SOUTH 17DEGREES 10 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 960 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, SAID P.O.B. BEING ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF A 60 FOOT STREET; THENCE GO SOUTH 72 DEGREES 50 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 400 FEET MORE OR LESS (366.9 FEET) TO THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE OF SARASOTA BAY; THENCE MEANDER THE SAID MEAN HIGH WATER LINE IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT WHICH IS 100 FEET DISTANCE, MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES WITH THE LAST DESCRIBED LINE; THENCE GO NORTH 72 DEGREES 50 MINUTES EAST A DISTANCE OF 400 FEET MORE OR LESS (444.15 FEET) TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF SAID 60 FOOT STREET; THENCE GO NORTH 17 DEGREES 10 MINUTES WEST A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
