NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 19, 2014, in Case No. 2013-CA-000502 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Collier County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Bruce R. Galloway, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, at 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 19 day of March, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 100 feet of the North 1,000 feet of Government Lot 3, Section 14, Township 51 South, Range 25 E, Collier County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
