YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to Foreclose a Claim of Lien and for Damages on the following real property in Manatee County, Florida:
A FLOATING ANNUAL Vacation interest in Unit B-4, Vacation Week Number 49 of Umbrella Beach Resort, a condominium according to Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1466, Pages 1 through 80 inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, as Amended. If the interest conveyed is a Biennial Vacation Interest, it is an N/A interest, and the recurring exclusive right of possession and occupancy occurs in calendar years ending in N/A numbers.
along with a Notice of Lis Pendens, have been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on THERESA A. DEEB, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff s attorney, whose address is 5999 Central Avenue, Suite 202, St. Petersburg, FL 33710, within thirty (30) days of first publication date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
