NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001206, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SHAHZAD RAFIQ; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MUNA MALIK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 735, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE D, UNIT NO. 1 , A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 168, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
