NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006117 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21st day of March, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. via the website: https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOTS 9 & 12, LESS THE NORTH 50 FEET OF SAID EAST 1/2 OF LOT 9, BLOCK 6, FAIRVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 188 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION THEREOF, TO-WIT:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, RUN THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE OF 10 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY A DISTANCE OF 14.14 FEET TO A POINT ON SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 12, WHICH IS 10 FEET WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 12, 10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
