COMMENCE at the Southwest corner of Section 36, Township 34 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence run South 89°19'05” East along the South line of said Section 36,850.79 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00°19'38” East, parallel to the East line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, 908.02 feet; thence South 89°19'05” East, 240.00 feet; thence run South 00°19'38” West, 908.02 feet to the aforementioned South line of Section 36; thence North 89°19'05” West along said South line, 240.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described parcel being and lying in Section 36, Township 34 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida.
Above parcel subject to the maintained right of way of State Road #64.
