NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment entered on February 6, 2014 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 20, 2014, the following property described below, situated in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Default Judgment:
Lot 5, Block D, Section 1, Floridana Mobile Homesite Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 7 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with that Certain 1994 King Doublewide Mobile Home identified by VIN numbers N86411A and N86411B, Title Nos: 66976243 and 66976244 (the “Property”).
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
