Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 21, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 134, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A & 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 5911 WILLOWS BRIDGE LOOP, ELLENTON, FL 34222-5218
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on March 21, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
