NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 41 2013CA000404AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, DANIEL E. FULGHUM A/K/A DANIEL EDWARD FULGHUM; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on March 20, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48 AND NORTH 22.30 FEET OF LOT 47, OF RESURVEY OF LOTS 44 TO 101 INCLUSIVE, OF ORANGE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 52, AND DEED BOOK 310, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
