Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on February 21, 2014, the undersigned will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 18, Block E, Whitfield Industrial Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 46, of the Public Records of Manatee Country, Florida.
Property Address: 1932 Whitfield Park Loop, Sarasota, Florida 34243.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on April 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
