NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 41 2009 CA 006702 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Bradenton, Manatee County, Florida, R. B. Chips Shore, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 18 day of March, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “M” CASA DEL SOL, FIFTH UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 67 AND 68 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
