BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 146, SOUTH GATE UNIT NO. 33 SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 50 DEGREES EAST TO THE WATERS OF AN UNNAMED LAKE; THENCE ALONG THE SAID LAKE IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 7 EXTENDED SOUTH, THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EASTERLY EXTENSION OF SAID LOT 7 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, THEN WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 7 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 7, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
