Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 24th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-054171 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP f/k/a COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and ROSA N. AVILA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA N. AVILA; COLONNADE AT THE CFORUM HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE FORUM AT FORT MYERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of May, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block A, COLONNADE AT THE FORUM, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 79 through 83, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
