Final Judgment was awarded on January 27, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-050658, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES,, is the Plaintiff, and, FRANCISCO REYES A//A FRANSISCO REYES A/K/A FRANSICO REYES; LUCILLA LILIANA REYES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPT OF THE TREASURY; JACK FRANKLIN; DOCTORS OSTEOPATHIC MEDICAL CENTER INC. DBA COLUMBIA GULF COAST HOSPITAL; GEORGE TOWN OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on March 17, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, OF GEORGE TOWN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
