YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage and re-establish and enforce a lost or destroyed promissory Note on the following property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lots 28 and 29, Block 747, TWELFTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 8, 8A through 8V, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on John R. Bello, Jr., Esquire, of Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3321 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609, on or before 3-31-2014, a date not less than twenty-eight (28) nor more than sixty (60) days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
