NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007759 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and REBECCA H. ZANKER A/K/A REBECCA ZANKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA H. ZANKER A/K/A REBECCA ZANKER; KRISTIE LYNN ZANKER; IAN C.A. LEMORD; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 18 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 58, 4TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
