Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 25, Block 457, of the 9th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 21,21A through 21S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, on-line at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com, at 9:00 a.m. on March 21, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid or one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) whichever is less. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
