RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed February 10, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054169 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and LORNA M. MORANT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 228 of vistanna villas, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Page(s) 32, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
