NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 001159 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and FERIAL FAY BESHARAT A/K/A FERIAL BESHARAT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 204, Frances Carlton Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Instrument #2001108976, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 35, Page(s) 10, 10A and 10B, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
