NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-009807 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 19th day of March, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 1 AND 2 PLUS THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED ANDERSON ROAD ADJACENT THERETO, BLOCK F, LAUREL HILL SUBDIVISION, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
