UNIT NO. 101, BUILDING NO. 9, THE COACH HOMES AT SERRANO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005000185069, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
