NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated Feb 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-055892 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Suong Nguyen f/k/a Suong Tran are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 176, CATALINA AT WINKLER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 34, THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
