NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 21, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-056127 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as Trustee as successor by merger to Lasalle Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-HY3 Trust, Plaintiff and Danny M. Foland and Sandra K. Foland, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 73, OF VINTAGE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB (NOW KNOWN AS THE VINES GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 41 THROUGH 50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
