NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure” (the “Final Judgment”), and the “Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure” (the “Amended Judgment”) entered on February 5, 2014, in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described in the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter.

A parcel of land in Sarasota County, Florida being part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 21, Township 36 South, Range 18 East and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NE comer of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 21, also being the centerline intersection of Fruitville road (80-foot right-of-way) with Beneva Road (100 foot right-of-way); thence S 02°53'52” West along the centerline of Beneva Road 235.28 feet; thence N 89°53'38” West 160.19 feet; thence S 02°53'52” West 418.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 02°53'52” West 67 feet; thence N 89°53'38” West 247.21 feet; thence N 25°53'38” West 134.54 feet; thence S 89°53'38” East 146.81 feet; thence S 00°06'22” West 54.00 feet; thence S 89°53'38” East 162.64 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
