NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 20, 2014 and entered in Case No. COCE-13-CC-004953 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida Not For Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff and wherein BEVERLY PUE is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 26 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 103 Building N, of PEBBLE BEACH AT LAGUNA LAKES, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4211, Page 4187, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
