Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of February, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053736, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 1, BLOCK B, KLINE MANOR NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 5 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
