NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Feb. 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-053477 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Desirae M. Larko also known as Desirae Larko, Michael J. Larko, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK C, PELICAN RIDGE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 15 TO 17, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
