NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed Feb. 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-052439 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Marisabel Tapia, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for 123Loan, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Marisabel Tapia, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 19 day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
