NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-56908 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Rama Mejia, Ruben Mejia, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Washington Mutual Bank, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Michael Miller, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Joshua L. Miller, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
