NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of January, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002027-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JEFFERY A. WEAVER; AQUA FINANCE INC.; PHH MORTGAGE CORP. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of March, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
