NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003286-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM S DAVENPORT JR; CORILEE S CHRISTOU; PATRICK L DAVENPORT; CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC; TENANT #1 N/K/A NANCY N. DAVENPORT, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DAVENPORT are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 04/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
