NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003234-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificates for WMALT Series 2007-OA1 Trust, Plaintiff and Ernest Green, III a/k/a Ernest Green are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 2, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 19, BAY AT CYPRESS CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 132 THROUGH 139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
