NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Lakeshore Estates of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc., entered in this action on the 13th day of February, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 26, Block 1, LAKESHORE - PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in Lakeshore Estates of Hillsborough community at 5417 Winhawk Way, Lutz, FL 33558 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
