NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Tuesday, January 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 005804 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and, EREZ TESTILER is the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on March 18, 2014 to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the prescribed date at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Unit #12105, of GRAND KEY, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM A/K/A GRAND KEY A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15002, AT PAGE(S) 458-553, AND IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19 AT PAGE 291, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
