UNIT NO. 86, WHISPER LAKE, a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3 page 39, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3801 page 259 and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
