Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida. I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK P, FISHHAWK RANCH TOWNCENTER PHASE “1A”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGES 42 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 A.M. in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on March 27, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
