NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-032786 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Allen Geiger, Karen Geiger, The Oaks Community Association, Inc, The Oaks Unit III Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Karen Geiger n/k/a Gary Geiger, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
