THE WEST 10.10 FEET OF LOT 5 AND THE EAST 25.60 FEET OF LOT 6, AND THE NORTH 11.00 FEET OF THAT PORTION OF ALLEY IMMEDIATELY SOUTH ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY, BLOCK 20 OF BOUTON AND SKINNER'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2322 SAINT CONRAD ST, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on March 26, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
