NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Counts III through IX of the Amended Complaint,” the “Amended Final Judgment on Counts III, IV, VI and VII of the Amended Complaint (as to amounts only)” (the “Final Judgment”), and the “Order Granting C-1 Bank's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale,” entered on February 13, 2014, in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 3, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.:

The North 150.0 feet of the East 150.0 feet of the following described land:
Commencing at the intersection of the South boundary of Bay Vista Avenue and the West right of way line of Dale Mabry Highway as now exists; then run North 89 degrees 33'30” West along the South right of way line of Bay Vista Avenue a distance of 399.49 feet to the Northeast corner of Block 7, of Fairlawn Estates Subdivision First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 39 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence run South 00 degrees 37'03” West along the East boundary of said Block 7, a distance of 150.0 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence run South 89 degrees 33'30” East parallel to the South right of way line of Bay Vista Avenue, a distance of 394.29 feet to a point of intersection with the West right of way line of Dale Mabry Highway as it now exists, then run South 00 degrees 41'37” West along said West right of way line, a distance of 341.85 feet to a point, thence run North 89 degrees 34'47” West, a distance of 393.83 feet to a point of intersection with the east boundary of Block 7, of Fairlawn Estates Subdivision First Addition, thence run North 00 degrees 37'03” East along said East boundary a distance of 342.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT all road rights of way.
