NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, entered in Case No. 09-CA-012757 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC2 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Wilmer E. Eichler, Jr.; Susan M. Eichler; United States of America; LeClare Shores Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE MOST SOUTHEASTERLY POINT OF LOT 31, BLOCK 2, FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, THENCE NORTH 3.29 FEET, THENCE38.36 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT HAVING A RADIUS OF 75.00 FEET A DELTA OF 29°18'20”, A CHORD LENGTH OF 37.94 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING OF N 14°39'10” E TO A POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE WEST, 109.66 FEET, THENCE N 00°06'26” W, 102.50 FEET, THENCE S 51°32'20” E, 148.82 FEET, THENCE 11.98 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT HAVING A RADIUS OF 75.00 FEET, A DELTA OF 09°09'20”, A CHORD LENGTH OF 11.97 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING OF S 33°53'00” W TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
